  • Obtaining and securing all construction permits and licenses necessary for the proper execution of the project while conforming to city code and ordinances, as outlined in Section 110.0 of the Massachusetts State Building Code (780 CMR)
  • Ensuring the protection of homeowners and their properties by adhering to safety protocol for properly securing job sites, as well as, maintaining sufficient liability insurance coverage

  • Ensuring that those who represent Morrell & Cullen Home Improvement are proficient and skilled in individually-assigned tasks and roles
  • Staying up-to-date in industry advancements and latest trade trends
  • Protecting our workers by participating in OSHA's Fall Prevention Campaign (a specialized program for roofers offered by the U.S. Department of Labor)
  • Reviewing and updating safety and hazard protocols, as needed, to ensure specified precautions are appropriately implemented and followed
  • Maintaining sufficient workers' compensation coverage in the event of unforeseen accidents or occurrences
