Employment Opportunities
Position: Laborer
Assists team under the direction of installers, crew foremen, and company owners. Entry-level opportunity for hardworking, dependable individuals who are interested in learning the residential construction trade
Removing and disposing of existing roofing/siding materials, measuring and bending metal, prepping job-sites, unloading tools & equipment and responsible for maintaining a clean and safe worksite.
Helpful, but not required to apply
All laborers are required to complete company-provided safety training, including:
- Ladder Safety
- Job Site Safety
- OSHA Fall Protection Training
Safety certifications and trainings will be renewed periodically as required
Most laborers have the opportunity to begin training for an Installer position after one year of employment, provided they demonstrate reliability, a commitment to safety, and a desire to grow within the company
Position: Installer
Min. of 4 consecutive years of residential construction experience
All installers are required to complete and maintain company-approved training and certifications, including:
- Ladder Safety Training
- Job Site Safety Training
- OSHA Fall Protection Training
- Manufacturer product installation and maintenance training
Safety certifications and product trainings are renewed periodically as required
Advancement Opportunities
Installers who demonstrate exceptional workmanship, leadership, reliability, and a commitment to safety may have the opportunity to apply for a Crew Foreman position after five consecutive years of employment as an Installer with our company
Position: Foreman
Crew Foremen work directly under the direction of the company owners and are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their assigned crew. This leadership position requires exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage both personnel and project responsibilities
Min. of 8-10 years experience in residential construction; prior crew management experience, highly preferred
All Crew Foremen are required to complete and maintain company-approved training and certifications, including:
- All regularly required company safety trainings and certifications.
- OSHA Fall Protection and other applicable job site safety courses.
- Manufacturer product installation and maintenance training.
- Completion of a one-time Crew Leadership Training program.
Safety certifications and product trainings are renewed periodically as required
Advancement Opportunities
License and certification assistance may be available to qualifying employees who meet established company criteria. Opportunities may include assistance in obtaining professional licenses, manufacturer certifications, and other industry-related credentials that support career growth within the company
Criteria
(applicable to all positions)
Ability to work as part of a fast-paced team, as well as, independently
Must be willing to build-upon current knowledge of the trade
Should own basic hand tools (but not required)
Reliable transportation to/from job sites
18+ yrs. of age or older
Ability to withstand and effectively work in winter cold and summer heat
