We know everyone’s situation is unique. That’s why for your convenience, we now offer a variety of acceptable payment methods - allowing you to pick and choose the one that works best for you, each and every time you make a payment.
Payment Policy
We kindly ask that all payments, including any installment payments, for services rendered be made in full upon completion of the job. Thank you.
Cash
Cash payments can be made directly to a company owner.
For security purposes, please don’t mail in cash payments.
If your project has already been completed and you'd like to pay with cash, please call or text us at (413) 841-4859 with a few convenient times, and we'll arrange to stop by and pick it up.
Check (in-person)
Check payments can be made directly to a company owner.
Please make checks payable to “Morrell & Cullen Home Improvement” and have the project address on the memo line.

Electronic check (automated bank transfer) payments can be made quickly and securely here
From there, you’ll be able to select “Bank Transfer (ACH)” as your payment option. Funds are processed securely, and you’ll receive confirmation once your payment is complete.

We’re now offering Square AfterPay - a payment option that gives qualified customers the flexibility to pay for invoices between $400 and $4,000 in monthly installments over the span of 6 or 12 months. There are no additional fees when payments are made on time, and approval can happen instantly upon receiving your invoice. It’s a convenient way to give your home the attention it needs now, while spreading out the cost overtime.
Please note: Approval for Afterpay is determined entirely by Afterpay and their lending criteria, not by Morrell & Cullen Home Improvement. Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to approve, decline, or adjust spending limits.
